Ultra-Low EMF

EMF so low it's
barely measurable.

0–3 mG

Milligauss — well below safety thresholds

Every Aurora sauna is built with ultra-low EMF heaters that measure between 0 and 3 milligauss — lower than most household appliances like hairdryers (40–100 mG) or laptops (5–20 mG). This isn't an optional upgrade. It's the standard on every unit we ship. Sit closer to the heaters, stay longer, and know the engineering was done right.

SAA Certification Badge

SAA Certified for New Zealand & Australia

The Aurora range carries SAA (Standards Australia Approval) certification, confirming compliance with electrical safety standards across Australia and New Zealand. Every unit is tested and certified before it leaves the factory — giving you confidence that your sauna meets the same safety benchmarks required of all commercial electrical appliances sold in the region.

Frequently
asked.

Traditional saunas heat the air around you (typically to 80–100°C), while infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly at a lower ambient temperature (30–70°C). This means you can sweat more comfortably, stay in longer, and still get a deep, therapeutic sweat. Many people find infrared easier to tolerate, especially for longer or more frequent sessions.
The Aurora requires a 15A dedicated circuit. We recommend having a licensed electrician confirm your circuit before delivery. The sauna itself is DIY assembly — two people can have it built in around 2 hours with no special tools. The electrical connection is plug-and-play once the circuit is confirmed.
EMF stands for electromagnetic fields — a form of radiation emitted by electrical devices. The Aurora's heaters measure between 0 and 3 milligauss, which is well below safety guidelines and lower than most household appliances. For reference, a typical hairdryer produces 40–100 mG. Ultra-low EMF is standard on every Aurora, not an optional upgrade.
The Aurora reaches 40°C in approximately 10 minutes and full operating temperature (up to 70°C) in 20–30 minutes. With Wi-Fi control, you can start the warm-up from your phone before you're ready to step in — so it's at the perfect temperature when you arrive.

Complete the contrast.
Heat up, then get cold.

Contrast therapy — alternating between sauna heat and cold immersion — is one of the most powerful recovery protocols available. Pair your Aurora sauna with an Ice Bath for the full ritual.
