Common Questions
Regular sauna use supports cardiovascular health, muscle recovery, stress reduction, improved sleep quality, and deeper relaxation. The heat increases blood flow, helps flush toxins, and triggers the release of endorphins. Many users find it essential to their daily wellness routine.
A traditional sauna heats the air using a stove and stones, reaching higher temperatures (70–100°C) with the option to add steam. An infrared sauna uses light panels to heat your body directly at lower air temperatures (40–60°C). Both offer real health benefits — the choice comes down to whether you prefer intense ambient heat and steam, or a gentler, deep-penetrating warmth.
Traditional saunas sit between 70 and 90°C, with some pushing past 100°C. Pour water over the stones to lift the humidity and you get classic Finnish steam.
Our traditional saunas need a dedicated 20A circuit wired by a registered electrician. The sauna itself arrives as pre-built panels that clip and screw together.
"We use the sauna and ice bath back-to-back every morning. The timber quality is beautiful and the Finnish heater gets it to temperature faster than I expected. Completely transformed our home wellness routine."
